How much space do you need?
Big Idea Bubble Show: a setup area of about 15 x 30 ft, which works in a small or a large room, and one power outlet. Big Idea Backyard Carnival: about 40 x 20 ft for its three tents, and power. Foam Palooza: an outdoor area of at least 30 x 30 ft, with power and water. Power and water sources need to be within 100 ft of the event space; our team brings the extension cords and hoses.
Can it run indoors?
Big Idea Bubble Show runs indoors only. Big Idea Backyard Carnival runs indoors or outdoors. Foam Palooza runs outdoors only.
How long is a show, and how many can you do in a day?
Big Idea Bubble Show: a 45-minute show with a 15-minute reset between, so one session per hour, and as many sessions in a day as your library wants. Big Idea Backyard Carnival and Foam Palooza: your library's choice of timed group sessions or open play.
Is there a group size limit?
Big Idea Bubble Show: the room sets the group size. We recommend splitting kids by grade or grade band.
What ages is each program for?
Big Idea Bubble Show: elementary ages, grades K-5. Big Idea Backyard Carnival and Foam Palooza: ages 5 and up.
Do you send a COI and W-9?
Yes. COI and W-9 on request, from the company that invoices you. If your library system has its own vendor or program forms, send them with your request. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Your local team replies within one business day.
